The 4th International Conference on Advancements in Electronics & Communication Engineering (AECE 2023–24) was successfully organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology (RKGIT), Ghaziabad, in collaboration with the Department of Computer Science & Engineering.

The conference served as a global platform for academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and students to exchange innovative ideas, present research findings, and discuss emerging trends in the fields of Electronics, Communication, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), and 5G Technologies.

The event was graced by eminent personalities Chief Guest – Dr. S. K. Singh, Vice Chancellor, RTU, Kota, and Guests of Honor – Dr. Asheesh Kumar Singh, Past Chair, IEEE UP Section from MNIT, Allahabad, and Dr. S. Indu, Ex. Vice Chancellor, DTU, New Delhi.

Distinguished Keynote Speakers Dr. Pao Ann Hsing, Director, NCCU, Taiwan, and Ms. Hsiu-Chun Hsu, NCCU, Taiwan, delivered insightful talks on recent technological advancements and research frontiers. The event featured technical paper presentations and interactive discussions, fostering collaboration between academia and industry. The conference reinforced RKGIT’s commitment to promoting research, innovation, and interdisciplinary learning in engineering and technology.

Distinguished Keynote Speaker, Dr. Mahesh Kolekar, IIT, Patna along with eminent speakers Dr. Sam Liew Kie from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, Dr. Pao Ann Hsuing from National Ching Cheng University (NCCU), Taiwan, and Dr. Rajveer Singh Yaduvanshi from Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), New Delhi, delivered insightful talks, sharing their cutting-edge research, innovative ideas, and valuable experiences.

The conference also acknowledged the continuous support and contributions of IEEE office bearers – Dr. Prabhakar Tiwari, Dr. R. K. Singh, and Dr. Sweta Tripathi – for their invaluable guidance and commitment.
