Pedagogy
Teaching
★ Student based approach is practiced in MBA through which each and every student is dealt individually and their real development can be made possible.
★ Teaching is composed of various techniques including case studies, individual and team exercises, projectors, live projects, assignments, seminar presentations, management games, guest lecturers, power point presentations etc. through which learning is made easy.
★ Team spirit is primarily focused on in the academic sessions. Group assignments, team work games and team assignments are provided to students for competing better in corporate culture.
Attendance
★ Students are required to be on time in the campus and regular monitoring of the attendance is done by the subject faculties and counselors.
★ Students can check their attendance daily on online system of ERP and are required to maintain atleast 75% attendance as per the university norms.
★ Full attendance is expected from student in each subject and only genuine leave is permitted (with relevant documentation).
★ No privilege of any kind will be provided to any student.
Evaluation
★ Students are required to appear in all sessional and pre university examination for obtaining good internal marks.
★ Students are required to complete (and submit) all assignments, quizzes, class tests, case studies, presentations conducted in the classroom.
★ Active participation of the student is expected in the classroom for smooth internal marks.
