Management students undergo 6-8 weeks training immediately after Completion of 1st year. During summer training students have to work in a company, through which they get a chance to enhance their skills and get an exposure of corporate world. On the basis of their performance during this tenure they get a chance of getting pre-placements offers.
RKGIT- MBA supports students in being placed as trainees in reputed companies. Big corporates like berger paints, Danik Bhasker , Dabur , Apollo tyres, Sharekhan,Big bazzar etc have always given a positive feedback regarding the performance of the student trainees. Summer training is a compulsory past of curriculum. The selection process for summer training staffs soon after the end of first semester examination. Summer internship starts from the month of july after second semester examination and continues till the end of August.
About 60% of the summer internship is paid. Students get a stipend varying from 5k-15k depending on their talent and skills.
